What to do If Society Members DON’T PAY Maintenance?

When someone doesn’t pay maintenance in my society. The committee sends a legal notice to the defaulter. If that doesn’t work, the society files a case against the defaulter. If the society doesn’t have a committee, the building manager can send the legal notice to the shop owner.
