No Visitors Policy
Notice: Implementation of Strict No Visitors Policy for Safety & Security
The safety and security of residents remain the highest priority in any residential community. Recently, certain unknown male and female individuals entered the apartment premises without prior permission and rang doorbells across multiple flats, asking for charity. Such incidents raise serious concerns, especially when visitors are unfamiliar and unverified. Preventive action is essential to avoid any potential risks or misuse of information about the building or its residents.
In many apartment communities, elderly residents may be alone at home during the day, making it even more important to ensure strict access control. To maintain a safe and secure environment and to prevent any unfortunate or illegal activities, the management has decided to strictly implement a NO VISITORS POLICY across all apartments.
Key Guidelines of the No Visitors Policy
-
No visitors will be allowed without prior approval from the respective flat owner or tenant.
-
Owners/tenants must inform security by phone before allowing any guest to enter.
-
Security personnel are instructed to personally verify every visitor.
-
Entry will be granted only after confirmation from the concerned resident.
A visitor logbook will be maintained at the security desk to record important details such as:
-
Name
-
Address
-
Mobile number
-
Time of entry
-
Signature
-
Flat number visiting
These records will be preserved for safety monitoring and legal purposes, if required.
Clarification for Regular Visitors
Regular visitors such as close relatives, elderly family members, or guests from other states who have already been pre-approved by the owner or tenant may be allowed entry, as prior instructions would have been given to security.
However, this policy strictly applies to new or unknown individuals, including charity collectors, beggars, new agency representatives, gas delivery personnel, unfamiliar courier staff, pamphlet distributors, promotional teams, and bank or credit card representatives.
Security personnel also have full authority to take photographs of visitors whenever necessary for safety and documentation purposes.
Building a Safer Community Together
With increasing reports of robbery, theft, and other criminal activities in many urban areas, especially apartment complexes, it is important to remain vigilant and proactive. Strict adherence to visitor verification procedures helps create a secure environment for all residents.
Cooperation from every owner and tenant is essential to ensure the success of this initiative. By working together and following the guidelines responsibly, the community can maintain a peaceful, safe, and protected living environment for everyone.
