Important Society Guidelines & Maintenance Notice for All Residents
The apartment guidelines and rules are framed to ensure a safe, orderly, and comfortable living environment for all residents. These rules help maintain transparency in day-to-day operations such as maintenance management, security monitoring, visitor control, and parking discipline. By following the established procedures—like informing the management in advance about tenant movement, keeping contact details updated, and adhering to payment timelines—residents contribute to smoother coordination and avoid unnecessary misunderstandings.
Clear guidelines also help the management address issues efficiently and ensure that responsibilities are fairly shared among residents and owners.
Adhering to apartment rules also promotes mutual respect and peaceful coexistence within the community. Proper use of common areas, compliance with parking norms, and cooperation with security protocols help prevent inconvenience and conflicts among residents. 1. Tenant Vacating Information

Kindly inform the maintenance authority or update the group at least 15 days to 1 month in advance if any tenant is vacating a flat.

This will help us arrange necessary formalities and clear pending dues.

If prior information is not provided, the flat owner will be responsible for any pending dues.

This advance notice helps avoid miscommunication regarding maintenance payments.
2. Change of Contact Number

If you change your primary mobile number that is already added to the group, please inform the maintenance team.

This ensures you continue to receive important updates, notices, and maintenance-related information through the official group.
3. Security Guidelines & Monitoring

Kindly keep an eye on security operations.

If you notice any misuse of power, negligence, not sitting at assigned posts, or not following security guidelines, please report it to the management or authority.

Security staff are required to follow assigned duties, monitor visitors, prevent unwanted issues, and assist residents.

If guidelines are not followed, management will take necessary action.
4. Parking Rules (Strictly Followed)

Please follow no-parking regulations strictly.

Do not park vehicles, even temporarily, in someone else’s private parking space without approval from the owner or authority.

Always inform security when parking your vehicle so they can monitor it during your absence.

No parking is allowed in front of the main gates, especially two-wheelers and auto-rickshaws, as it creates inconvenience for other vehicles.

Parking in no-parking zones without authorization is strictly prohibited.
5. Maintenance Payment

Kindly pay maintenance charges on time as instructed.

The 5th of every month is the last date, and the 10th is the cut-off date.

In case of genuine emergencies, please inform the maintenance authority in advance. Otherwise, ensure payments are made on time.
