To avoid any disruptions, please be advised that the deadline for payment before potential service disconnection is 10th of Every Month. We urge all residents with outstanding balances to remit their dues by this date.

We hope this message finds you well. This is a friendly reminder regarding the timely payment of maintenance fees for our residential complex.

As communicated previously, the due date for maintenance payments is the 5th of every month. We have noticed that some payments have not been received by this deadline. We kindly urge all residents to ensure that their maintenance dues are settled promptly.

Please be informed that late payment fines will be implemented for any outstanding dues after the 5th of the month. This measure is necessary to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our shared facilities.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. If you have any concerns or queries regarding your maintenance payments, please do not hesitate to reach out to the management office.
